Goals
Ask Iva to follow a result that depends on someone else or on time: “Tell me when the airline answers about my refund.” She saves a goal and a Helper checks its sources while you keep talking. Say “goal”, “гол” or “гоал”, or describe the result. CORE goals remain your standing priorities in memory.
Say what the Helper may do in your name, whom it may contact and whether to show a draft first. “Only look” permits observation and drafts. Iva repeats the saved boundary and the next check time, including quiet-hour or daily waiting. You can change the boundary, wording or Plan later.
Checks normally run every two hours, between quiet hours set in proactive settings. A Goal permits eight checks per owner day; five Goals can be open per installation. Checks use the usual Helper limits: 80 steps, one million tokens of work and a 45-minute deadline with two minutes of grace. Up to three Helpers run at a time, with waiting places reserved for your own Helper requests. The next check may be scheduled from thirty minutes to seven days away.
An unchanged check stays quiet. A result, meaningful change, performed action or question comes from Iva in your chat. When a result looks complete, Iva asks whether to close the Goal and offers Close goal and Continue. You decide. Three consecutive check failures pause it and Iva tells you. After thirty days it pauses until you continue; Iva mentions expiry on your next chat turn.
Ask “How’s my goal going?” for its Plan, next check, checks today, pause reason and any waiting Outcome. “Check now” advances the next check within the current limits. Updating the wording, boundary or Plan detaches a running old check. Closing removes the Goal and withdraws any untold Outcome.
Checks can perform authorized actions with Iva’s full tools. Inspecting sent items helps avoid repeating mail; an interruption can still repeat an action. The Trace records tool calls and usage records Helper work. Goal has no separate spending brake. An interrupted check counts as a failure when it has no Verdict. Iva can repeat an Outcome after a crash around delivery.
The format extends helpers.json with Goals. An older build refuses the new
keys and leaves the file preserved. Return to a compatible build, or restore
a saved older-format file for rollback with loss of Goals.
