Iva is a personal AI agent built by the Majento team. It helps people work with tasks, context and tools. This website describes the Iva product; custom development for a company is a separate engagement.
From a personal agent to a company system
A personal assistant and a company agent operate under different conditions. A company needs data access rules, action approvals, logs and integrations with its working systems. Personal product features do not imply a ready-made integration with every CRM or internal service.
The Majento team
Majento is a software company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We build products and implement AI in business workflows. Serge Shima leads product, AI and research. Batyr Latipov leads strategy and business development.
Development starts with one workflow and its success criteria. The team then defines a pilot, access permissions, quality checks and handover to employees. IT consulting and systems analysis are available separately.
